  • Why book with Unlocked Events?
    Booking with us ensures delivery of a universal, coordinated theme and a luxurious atmosphere for formal events, and fun-filled designs for the unforgettable moments. We partner with small businesses and entities that specialize in providing custom accent decor to bring your event to life.
  • How soon in advance should I inquire about designing my event?
    We ask that you give a minimum of two month's advance notice to inquire about decorating your event. This gives us time to conduct consultations, brainstorm design concepts, and gather your materials to provide you with unforgettable decor!
  • Which services are included with event design?
    Unlocked Events specializes in event decoration and digital/print content to provide you with a fully customized event experience. Event decor services include but are not limited to the following: ​ 1. Gathering of design materials 2. Ordering of materials 3. Transportation of design materials and decor items to and from event location 4. Space setup/breakdown of event decorations ONLY 5. Design of print/digital decor-related materials including: -Table decor -Chairs -Floor props -Backdrops 6. Design of print/digital decor-related materials including: -Table tent labels -Posters -Customized banners/tablecloths -Customized mugs, pens, and cups
  • Will Unlocked Events book my venue, caterers, DJ’s or photographers?"
    Unlocked Events only operates as a decor service and does not book vendor spaces, caterers, DJ’s or photographers for your event.
  • What will happen the day of my event?
    Day-of coordination and management of your event will be provided for room set-up and breakdown 1-hour before/after event (To be determined by venue availability) at no extra cost to ensure that your event happens smoothly. So kick back, relax, and celebrate your moment.
  • What happens if I cancel my event or change the date, venue, or time?"
    In the event of date changes or cancellations, Unlocked Events will do its best to accommodate any updated changes IF AVAILABLE. Unlocked Events will not be held liable for vendor cancellations. Will I get a refund if my event is cancelled? No refunds will be returned in the event of date change or event cancellation.
  • What if my event extends past its original end time?
    Events surpassing stated begin/end time are subject to an additional $25 surcharge every 30 minutes event runs over. Lost, stolen or damage done to decor are subject to a replacement fee no greater than the original cost of lost, stolen, or damaged item. Client will be billed an invoice within 24-hours for loss/damage to decor.
  • What happens if rented materials are damaged or goes missing during my event?
    Missing, stolen, or damage done to decor are subject to a replacement fee no greater than the original cost of the missing or damaged item. Client will be billed an invoice within 24-hours for loss/damage to decor.
  • Will Unlocked Events promote my event on social media?
    Unlocked Events does not operate as an external event promotional company. Events will not be promoted on social media unless Unlocked Events is featured as a sponsor or co-host.
  • Is Event Design the same as Event Planning?
    Event design and event planning are not the same. In event planning, the logistics are managed including booking of venues, caterers, DJ’s, parking information, and event design. Event decor solely involves the decorating of your event. ​ ​ ​
